EvtFormatMessage can fail if the message originates from another computer or if
the event is originated from an unregistered eventsource.
In this case windows event log viewer shows the error and the eventdata, but
CWEL just creates an empty flowfile.
I think CWEL should do something similar to windows event log viewer.
