Review Comment:
   As far as I can tell there is not – but this is the value you will get if 
you don't set it during upload and we currently do not support setting it.
   
   (And if we did and the user had specified a value, we would know what it 
was.)
   
   I think it's a reasonable bet that the default mime type will not be 
changed. It basically assumes it's binary if you don't specify something.
