Resolution: Not A Problem
Thanks for the detailed background [~gogolev.sergey].
As [~joewitt] described, this falls into the category of supported behavior for
an authenticated and authorized user. NiFi provides certain security guarantees
at the framework level, but there is also a certain level of responsibility for
the flow designer.
