While TBCD-STRING as a datatype is not part of the ASN specification, it is
widely used among telco companies who are the most prominent users of this
technology.
NiFi treats TBCD-STRING no different than the underlying ASN type (which is
OCTET STRING) but in telco environment it requires a specific handling.
We could extend our current implementation so that when TBCD-STRING is
encountered it handles it according to the telco expectations.
