There was work done in NIFI-7558 related to making changes to convert from
"whitelist" to "allowed". This ticket addresses whether a similar change can
be made to the property nifi.web.request.ip.allowlist in
[link|https://github.com/apache/nifi/blob/f65888dc5cd2c60ad22867be00c83a0c3a01c5e2/nifi-nar-bundles/nifi-framework-bundle/nifi-framework/nifi-resources/pom.xml#L140]
if there are no backward compatibility issues.
