         Environment: Ubuntu 20.0.4, Java 11, Apache NiFi registry is 
integrated with Keycloak and uses LDAP for user and group details sync

Steps to reproduce from initial admin account
 # Login to NiFi registry via Keycloak
 # Create bucket
 # Click Edit bucket icon
 # New Policy button is disabled 

I need to refresh the page, then New Policy button is enabled.
