[ERROR] Rule 4: org.apache.maven.plugins.enforcer.BannedDependencies failed
with message:
Found Banned Dependency: org.bouncycastle:bcprov-jdk15on:jar:1.67
Found Banned Dependency: org.bouncycastle:bcpkix-jdk15on:jar:1.67
Use 'mvn dependency:tree' to locate the source of the banned dependencies.
Need to update this to exclude the proper BC libs as it was before then include
the desired libs.
