[~exceptionfactory] the issue appears only for the docker-maven images, where
the minifi binary is added from the local filesystem (unlike the dockerhub
images where the binary is downloaded).
When the chown command is issued it will create an additional docker file
system layer, and increases the size of the image by approx. 250 MB. I'm
working on a multi-stage build solution to address the issue.
