Matt Burgess resolved NIFI-9323.

Resolution: Duplicate
I believe the cause of this to be a duplicate of NIFI-6428, which has been
fixed in NiFi 1.19.1 and will be 1.20. If you find this error remains in either
of those releases, please feel free to reopen the case with comments.
