Description:
Repository metrics always report a repository size metric, but except for the
VolatileRepository these metrics are always 0. We should fix it so that all
repositories should retrieve valid repository sizes.
Repository metrics are only reported for flow file repository metrics at the
moment. We should extend that the same metrics should also be reported for
content repositories.
