The {{joda-time}} dependency, declared in the {{minifi}} parent module and the
{{nifi-standard-bundle}} module, has no direct references except for an
Avro-related use in the Standard Content Viewer. Avro 1.10.0 removed the Joda
Time dependency, so the references in Standard Content Viewer can be removed
and the direct references to the Joda Time dependency can also be removed.
