[~exceptionfactory] I see a bunch of unit tests under
nifi/nifi-toolkit/nifi-toolkit-api which are still using Junit4 and are
annotated with {code:java}@Ignore{code} besides
{code:java}ConfigEncryptionToolTest{code}Should they be converted to JUnit 5?
