The {{EncodeContent}} Processor is not listed in among available Processors
under {{META-INF/services}} resulting in it not being available for flow
configuration.
The Processor supports encoding in Base64, Base32, and Hexadecimal, so it
provides a more generalized replacement for Base64EncodeContent.
