Repository Encryption has been available for multiple releases, with version
1.11.0 adding a FlowFile Repository implementation and version 1.15.0
introducing a refactored configuration approach.
With the completion of initial capabilities, additional features could be
implemented to improve the migration process from unencrypted to encrypted
repositories.
