This one is amazing in that whatever we choose some group of users will be 
quite annoyed :)

'What do you mean am I sure - I just pressed the button!?'

'Hey wait you should have checked if I was sure - maybe it was a mistake to 
click there!?'

That said given we dont really operate with an undo approach we probably should 
consider tilting toward the confirmation.
