I can manually create a user-defined Param Context and create inheritance with
AWS Secrets-based context ONLY while I'm "Creating the context".
I can remove inheritance with AWS Secrets-based context from user-defined
contexts, but I cannot add anything there.
I cannot add inheritance with AWS Secrets-based context to any present or
already created user-defined contexts.
