There aren't currently any integration tests for PutAzureEventHub or
GetAzureEventHub and the unit tests are currently inactive (because they're not
in a src/test/java). Since there isn't a good way to mock Event Hubs, which
makes the unit tests of limited value, some kind of integration tests should be
added.
