Components tagged with the {{DeprecationNotice}} annotation and other features
tagged with the {{Deprecated}} annotation should be removed for the release of
2.0.0.
Removal of specific features should be tracked based on component bundles or
other logical grouping. Tracking components and features removed will provide
the basis for creating migration guidance documentation.
