Description: Based on the description of the processor, it is designed to
run primary node only. Nonetheless it is possible to run the processor on all
nodes which seems to work until the cluster elects a new primary node. Possibly
it can be a reason of https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-8114.
