[~JDP10101] pointed out in
https://github.com/apache/nifi-minifi/pull/56#issuecomment-261640697 that there
seems to be some inconsistencies with how logback handles its configuration.
As highlighted in the linked comment, the functionality needed for what I
believe is the intended to configuration is only available in 1.1.7.
