I worked through the majority of the recommendations. However, I think it
makes sense to hold off on adding anything to the description area of the New
Component Dialogs. We likely need to reconsider the layout and what is shown.
As is, there is not enough space to adequately display all necessary
information. Leaving the restriction as a tooltip in the table is a good option
for the initial implementation.
