https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MINIFICPP-2059 introduced retry for
remove failures in case rocksdb returns an error code on the first try. To
properly test this and additional error cases we should refactor the rocksdb
content repository to be able to write a mock for it. This mock would allow us
to easily simulate rocksdb error codes.
