AWSCredentialsProviderControllerService supports custom endpoints for Session
Token Service used by Assume Role credential strategy. The custom endpoint may
use HTTPS with a corporate certificate which is not signed by a public CA from
the default truststore.
Add SSL Context Service to support custom endpoints with HTTPS.
