Before NIFI-8429 it was possible to provide an HTTP URL for {{Database Driver
Location(s)}} property on {{DBCPConnectionPool}}.
NIFI-8429 introduced {{dynamicallyModifiesClasspath(true)}} for the property
and it seems it does not handle http:// urls properly.
