# Summary [NIFI-11325](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-11325) Upgrades Mockito from 3.12.4 to [4.11.0](https://github.com/mockito/mockito/releases/tag/v4.11.0) and updates deprecated references to current methods. [Mockito 4](https://github.com/mockito/mockito/releases/tag/v4.0.0) provides the current baseline version for Java 8, which works for both the NiFi current main branch and the support branch.
