Azure Blob v12 components support integration with Azure Blob Storage using the
current Azure SDK version 12.
The PutAzureBlobStorage and FetchAzureBlobStorage Processors support
Client-Side Encryption using an earlier version of the SDK, and initial
versions of the current SDK did not support this capability.
Azure Blob SDK 12.13.0 introduced support for a Customer Provided Key.
Implementing support for Client-Side Encryption in version 12 Processors will
support removal of the Processors that depend on the legacy SDK.
