https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-1966 added two new properties:
nifi.cluster.flow.election.max.wait.time
nifi.cluster.flow.election.max.candidates
Documentation was added within the Admin Guide text, but these properties
should be added to the "Cluster Node Properties" table at the end of the doc.
