Made sure that the following works properly:
```
bin\tls-toolkit.bat standalone -n "localhost(2)" -C "CN=bbende,
OU=ApacheNiFi" -o target
```
Then tried a bunch of permutations with tls-toolkit.bat. Then made sure
the quoted arguments showed up properly in the other bat scripts but didn't
functionally test them (e.g. url with spaces was logged properly before
zookeeper script bombed).
