Summary: Add Provenance events in ValidateJson for valid and

ValidateJson only has a Provenance event for the invalid relationship as an
attribute is added. Provenance events should also be created for the valid
and failure relationships similarly to ValidateXML and ValidateCSV where there
are Provenance events created for the valid and invalid relationships.
