Description: ValidateJson only has a Provenance event for the invalid
relationship as an attribute is added. Provenance route events should also be
created for all the relationships (valid, invalid and failure) similarly to
ValidateXML and ValidateCSV where there are Provenance route events created for
the valid and invalid relationships. (was: ValidateJson only has a Provenance
