Description:
Update jjwt to 0.9.1 for NiFi Registry.
Version 0.11.5 introduced more significant changes to the library. Referencing
code in NiFi Registry needs to be refactored separately to use Spring Security
with Nimbus JOSE JWT instead of jjwt.
