Fix For: 2.0.0
The {{GetIgniteCache}} and {{PutIgniteCache}} Processors should be removed
following deprecation for the NiFi 1.0 branch. These Processors depend on
Apache Ignite 1.0 and they require a Spring XML configuration. New versions
could be developed separately without the Spring Framework dependencies, and
targeted to Apache Ignite 2.0.
