With the addition of GetAzureQueueStorage_v12 and PutAzureQueueStorage_v12, the
deprecated GetAzureQueueStorage and PutAzureQueueStorage Processors should be
removed for the next major release version.
The removal of the deprecated Azure Queue Storage Processors also obviates the
need for the legacy Credentials Controller Services, so
AzureStorageCredentialsControllerService and related implementations should be
removed along with the legacy azure-storage dependency.
