Fix For: 2.0.0
The addition of the {{PutBigQuery}} Processors provided a flexible alternative
to the more specific {{PutBigQueryBatch}} and {{PutBigQueryStreaming}}
Processors. With the more specific Processors being deprecated, they should be
removed for the next major release version.
