Description: In ConsumeMQTT when `Add attributes as fields` is true and
using AvroRecordSetWriter, the appended field values are null. While they have
the correct values when using JsonRecordSetWriter. (was: In ConsumeMQTT when
`Add attributes as fields` is true, the appended field values are going to be
null when using AvroRecordSetWriter, while they going to have the correct
values when using JsonRecordSetWriter.)
