I believe its very important to have the `StandardOauth2AccessTokenProvider`
Management Controller Service support Parameters.. currently it does not and as
such credentials have to be stored inside the Controller Service itself making
it hard to delegate access to manage these.
Whilst most fields would benefit from this.. certainly the `password` field
would be the most ideal
