The EncryptedRepoContentAccessIT system test uses the
{{{}StaticKeyProvider{}}}, which is no longer recommended for enabling
repository encryption. The system test should be refactored to use the newer
Key Store Provider with a generated Secret Key to align with current documented
best practices.
