There are TODO comments in PutDatabaseRecord and
DistributedMapCacheLookupService to remove support for user-defined properties
as they are not used, they should be removed for the next major release. This
is low-risk as any user-defined properties added by a user are ignored anyway
so it is unlikely they are being specified.
