Fix For: 1.2.0
When creating a Processor, Controller Service, or Reporting Task a temporary
instance is created to check if the component is restricted or if the proposed
configuration is referencing any services. For Controller Services and
Reporting Tasks these were creating the wrong type of temporary instance.
