Users today download nifi and just get up and running. And we want them to be
able to do so. However, this also means they have a single disk for content,
provenance, and flowfiles. The default is 50% archive max and to have archive
on. This means many users end up hitting a choke point with their flow at that
50% threshold where it needs to archive but cant because the 'archive' is
already full.
Instead we should disable archive so this max doesn't matter. Users that want
to take advantage of the awesomeness of content archival with provenance can
choose to do so but nobody will be otherwise slowed down by default.
