The {{nifi-standard-bundle}} includes dependencies for {{javax.el-api}} and
{{javax.servlet.jsp.jstl-api}}. The {{nifi-jolt-transform-json-ui}} references
these libraries, but the {{index.jsp}} page does not use JSP Expression
Language or JSTL, so these libraries can be removed.
