Removing 

getTargetUri()

which is deprecated in favor of 

getTargetUris()

As well as doing some clean up when using deprecated methods in the code.

Another JIRA should be filed to take care of the removal of getRegistryUrl in 
favor of Registry ID and Storage Location.
