In 1.x branch ONLY.
We recently made a change to ConvertExcelToCSV which impacted the
representation of booleans. Before the change, the representation was
TRUE/FALSE. This is now 1/0. This change reverts the previous behavior and
introduces a property to keep 1/0 if desired.
