Summary: Controller Services gui does not automatically update

The Controller Service gui (right click -> Configure -> Controller Services)
has a "Last Updated" time in bottom left hand corner.
This time will stay the same, eventhough the refresh circle flashes every 30
seconds (or whatever the ui autorefresh interval is set to) to the right of
this time.
Note: This can still be refreshed manually (and "Last Updated" time will be set
to current time).
