Thanks for noting that issue [~dstiegli1], the test is large, so thanks for
digging into the details. Although the best solution would be to rework the
tests to avoid the need for changing visibility, in this particular case, it
seems reasonable the change the method visibility of
determineExpectedPercents() to package-private, allowing access in the test
class.
