NIFI-11926: Added proxy handling in Azure Storage Credentials Services
Added Proxy Configuration Service property in
AzureStorageCredentialsControllerService_v12 and
ADLSCredentialsControllerService used by Service Principal and Managed Identity
authentication modes.
This closes #7590
