Description: As a user of the NiFi Registry API, I want to preserve
creation timestamp while moving flows versions between buckets/registry .
Currently, if {{preserveSourceProperties}} query parameter set to true then
only the author information preserved. (was: As a user of NiFi Registry, I
want to be able to create a new bucket using the given bucket object's
identifier if {{preserveSourceProperties}} flag is set to true.)
