The processor "PublishGCPubSub" was recently updated to optionally provide for
FlowFile processing using a record-based strategy. When this option is used
with an Avro record reader, a failure to close resources coding error was
surfaced.
Fix should adjust record-based FlowFile handling to properly close resources.
