The {{StandardKubernetesClientProviderTest}} attempts to build a Fabric8
KubernetesClient using the default environment configuration. When running
tests on systems that have a local Kubernetes configuration, the test can fail
while attempting to create the client. The test class should be updated to
disable automatic Kubernetes configuration.
