Apache ZooKeeper dependencies should be upgraded to 3.9.0 to incorporate bug
fixes, feature improvements, and transitive dependency upgrades. Client version
[3.9.0|https://zookeeper.apache.org/releases.html] maintains compatibility with
ZooKeeper Server 3.5 and following.
